Using Notices

EENOUR CH2242 tumbler mug press is suitable for cups with a diameter range of 2.65″-3.4″. If you want to heat press smaller tumblers, glasses, or mugs, you can replace the heating attachment with a 20oz one.

Power the machine to 110V and turn it off for 15-30 minutes after 1.5 hours of continuous use. Otherwise, problems such as uneven heating or no heating may occur. Before use, please turn the pressure knobs to fit your cups. Otherwise, the handle cannot be closed properly, and hard to get the right pressure and results.Please place a tumbler in the machine when starting to heat, which will help heat it faster and more evenly, and also can prolong its life.The heating attachment is consumable and needs to be replaced every 3-6 months or periodically if heating issues or bubble issues occur. In this case, EENOUR can provide you with the attachment within 6 months of your purchase. The initial smell will go away as you use it. Please use it in a ventilation environment.Remember to unplug the machine when not in use.The result of failed sublimation is related to the pressing temperature, time, pressure, wrapping method, etc. There are recommended paraments on the user manual, but to get perfect and consistent sublimation results, suitable parameters need to be tested multiple times.
